Raon Hair 13

This is donation hair 13 by Raon. It was originally a gift for Max but I think it's about time to share it with the others. You'll have to add it manually to your game with the construction set. Those who are familiar with my blog will probably know where the password is... I'll give a hint to all the others: just search near the lock icon...

    Greetings, Room.

I have question for you. Did you still have plans for release your head model?
I have not played Oblivion for a long time and I decided to back only if I find good head replacer. There was plenty of them but yours look the best in my opinion. Vanilla model and all of its variants are too blocky, Head06 look good only in decent light and other heads are just too animeish. But this one seems to be perfect.

It would be really shame if you not share it with dying Oblivion community. And even if you have no plans for release full character overhaul, would you please share at least this head model? It would be really great and I'm sure not only for me.

Since OCO was released I decided to drop down my project. However, I think I have achieved good results with my head model so it will be released either as a resource or along with my companion mods. If you can't wait I might share a beta with you, e-mail or pm me on TES Nexus.

Room207, don't drop down your project, because your result is indeed amazing. A lot of people may rather want to use your mod due to oco being, let's say, 'hyper stylized' thus not fitting everyones taste. And diversity is absolutely the best for any project, imo.

Thank you Max, I appreciate your support. However I have lost interest in making race overhaul like that! It already took a lot of time and I've realized that I'd like to make other types of mods. So, if it's not definitely dropped, let's say that I'll put that project aside for now...

Thank you for your respond Room.

It's a really shame that you drop your character overhaul. Yeah, OCO may look very good but me - and I'm think many people too - would prefer something in more Oblivion style. Let's say it - every TES game has its own style and beauty. I would never mod my Morrowind to make it look like Oblivion and I would never mod my Oblivion to look like Skyrim. And OCO is - at least in my opinion - too Skyrimish.
Another thing that bugging me in it is the low-poly head. It look awesome but only with very big and ultra-detailed textures. And I don't really like those bombastic super-sharp textures in my Oblivion.

But it's a great news that you still have the mesh and plans to share it. As for beta release - for now I'm finishing a few other games so my Oblivion must just wait a little longer until I get some free space on my hard-disc. So I will not bother you with private messages and just wait until you share it with all.
Also - cheer for the companions. There are a tons of them in Nexus, but 90% are sweet elven cuties in animeish outfits. So I'll be more than glad if I'll be able to throw some of your boys into my adventures.

Keep up great work, Room. And wish you best =)

I understand your point but, again, this project is taking too much time and effort. And despite what you might think it is not worth it.

I guess the best I could do is releasing what I've done this far as a resource or as a custom race.

Anyway, thanks a lot for you support. ;)
