Do you remember my porting of Prince of Persia's outfit? Now you can also be the 'Princess' of Persia! Yes, thanks to the efforts of Myst42 that armor can be finally used by both male and female characters. Plus, his mod also includes Elika and Rakia's clothes to complement the set! Download it here!
And don't forget that Chakaru made an awesome druid-like armor using lots of mesh pieces from the same set. Grab it from her blog.

This mod adds a portable lantern on top of Anvil's lighthouse. It is beautifully decorated with butterflies and gems and its fire never goes off.
I found the model on the internet and fell in love with it, it comes from Resident Evil 4. I made the glass semitransparent and added the fire inside. Due to the limitations of Oblivion's engine I had to fiddle with the transparency settings in order to make the flame visible through the glass. For some odd reasons it turns black when ENB is on but that might be a problem on my end and it's not a big deal anyway. It bothers me a little to see the lantern clipping with the body while running instead.
Another weird thing happens if you leave the lamp on the ground: at first it will cast the light only on the characters in the nearby but if you exit and re-enter the cell it will illuminate the whole room. Aside from that, this is still a beautiful and pretty functional item.

Unlike the player and other NPCs, Aaron's animations are stored in a separate folder which makes him incompatible with pose packs. This patch changes Aaron's skeleton back to vanilla so he can use custom poses for screenshooting purposes.
Update:
This patch is no longer required. Blockhead now fully supports Aaron's custom animations.

Aaron marks my first attempt at creating a companion using the GGC script. I began this project in 2014, initially planning for it to be a small endeavor - a quick conversion of one of my characters into a simple follower. However, as I delved into the process of importing his face from my game save, I became captivated by the incredible potential of the GGC script. This piqued my curiosity, leading me to experiment further, and soon the project expanded significantly.
A first concept of Aaron dates back to the late 2010, and as you can see, he has undergone substantial changes over the years. He is now a striking Nord and a capable fighter. The head model he uses is a complete rework of the Lop-Ear Elf design. I created my own head model based on this and replaced the eye morph in the tri file. A fantastic aspect of this head is that it shares the same UV template as the default one, but with a higher polygon count. Additionally, I added lcrimal caruncles to the eyes; these are a separate piece attached to the mouth.
Aaron is equipped with Robert's heavy muscular body and is designed to be on par with the player, although I fear he may be slightly overpowered. You can find him camping just outside Bruma; his exact location is marked on the map, and there’s a quest to help you track him down if he gets lost. When you speak to him for the first time, you can recruit him to fight alongside you. You will be asked to choose his class from five major categories: melee, ranged, ranged/melee combo, spellcaster, or assassin, each with up to four subclasses. However, you can change his fighting style at any time during the game. Aaron's mount is a black armored horse named Orion.
Aaron comes with his own skeleton and animations, but they are no longer stored in a separate folder as in the first release. His custom animations are now supported by Blockhead. I compiled animations from several authors, but I created the basic idle animation - when he stands still - myself.
Unlike Vilja or Fergus, Aaron has fewer lines of dialogue, but he is fully voiced. His voice is the result of extensive work, involving a mashup of the stock Redguard voice, which I slightly modified to make it more fitting.
To access Aaron's inventory and change his equipment, simply open his private bag. The public bag is designated for items you want him to carry for you. Depending on his class, Aaron's gear will vary, so you won't be able to obtain all of his items in one playthrough unless you use the console. All of his weapons are enchanted, and most feature appealing particle effects. To balance his power, I chose not to add any enchantments to the Ves armor he wears in battle, and the color of the armor also reflects his class. His casual attire is a mashup of Vaas's clothing from Far Cry and Bethany's armor from Dragon Age, along with a few other pieces.
Below is a complete list of his equipment along with the corresponding console codes. Please replace XX with the appropriate modindex, which is a two-digit number representing the position of the mod's esp/esm file in your load order. OBMM can help you identify the correct mod index.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Installing the mod is straightforward: simply drag and drop Aaron.esp and Aaron.bsa into your Oblivion/Data folder. To uninstall the mod, delete these files. The archive also includes a PDF document, a little bonus I created for fun.
Although I didn’t have much time for thorough testing, I sincerely hope it is free of bugs. If you encounter an issue with him not using the bow, try moving to another cell, and the problem should resolve itself. And remember, if you take screenshots of Aaron, I would love to see them!

Berserker armor for my Bodybuilder Body
Tuesday, March 11, 2014 | by Room207 at 12:30 AM | 2 commentsRequirements: Berserker Armor V0.6 by Skeleton K
Download | Mirror
Today I have converted the Berserker armor to the Bodybuilder Body. It was a request by my friend Taepal77 and I thought it would be nice to share it with everybody. This is not a standalone replacer, you need to download and install the original mod by Skeleton K first, then patch it with my files. If you like it, please endorse his mod at Oblivion Nexus, even though he hasn't been active for years.

Update:
Check out my revamped version of this mod here.
This mod adds to Oblivion a set of ragged clothes and the sword of the prince from the game Prince of Persia 2008. It is based on Robert's heavy muscular body V5.2 so the textures from that mod are required. Since the armor takes all body slots this will work with any other Robert's male body replacer you may be using.
This has been on my "things to do" list for more than 2 years. It was pretty hard to finish this porting since the original skeleton was a lot different than Oblivion's. Limbs in particular were incredibly long and it took me a lot of time and effort to figure out a way to align gloves and claws to Robert's hands correctly.
The cowl is a separate nif and it is properly rigged and conformulated. Depending on the head mesh you're using clipping might occur... I haven't had the time to test it with other heads. The necklace is Kat's pendant from DMC, it works as a neck seam concealer when the cowl is not equipped.
Upon Chakaru's suggestion I have embellished the belt with some props ripped off Gabriel's model from Castelvania.
I don't like to have files scattered in my Oblivion installation folder so I've packed everything in a BSA archive. Place the files into your data folder, activate the esp and enjoy!!!
Items can be found in Bravil, in a chest placed right at the back of the Lonely Suitor Lodge.

A few weeks ago I decided to make my own version of the Summon Fairy Pixie Companion just to take a break from my daily modding routine. The idea was to make a male counterpart of Chakaru's Fairy Vivio but I ended up with creating a genderless pixie. Even tough I had thought I could do this in one day or two, it actually took me one week to properly rig my femboy body to the fairy skeleton! I kept getting horrible distortions in the neck area and I was about to give up. Lucky me I'm quite stubborn and after many relentless cycles of trials and errors I've come up to a solution I'm content with. Legs and arms may not always fold accurately and the hands are not rigged to the finger bones, but it's hardly noticeable and the neck looks pretty good now.
This fairy is smaller than the one in the original pixie mod and, being shorter and retaining the same distance from the ground, it placed itself too low compared to the NPCs. I then thought I'd better modify some animations to let it fly a bit higher, at about the same level as the player character's head. I also changed the legs position and their motion to my liking.
Chakaru has equipped her fairy with some of the rose weapons from Aion. I've always liked that weapon set so I have decided to keep it. I just changed the quiver and retextured the arrows. They look like part of the set now.
The wings are also by Chakaru and I didn't touch them. As well as the hair, which was ported by her from Final Fantasy XIII and released with the Gunslayer Legend Outfit. I tried to fix the transparency but I failed miserably... unlike ordinary hair - which can be fixed in Blender - skinned meshes seem to be always rendered as NiTriStrips by Oblivion's engine, even if you save them as NiTriShapes, and thus inherit alpha transparency issues of all sorts. I had to use a workaround for now but I will investigate the problem.
Head is from the modified FFXIII race mod. I made it bigger - like x117Head - and tweaked the neck. I also changed the UV map to get rid of some annoying seams. I could do that because this is a creature and doesn't have a TRI file with facial morphs... breaking the vertex order didn't affect the head shape in game. The neck is absolutely seamless on the mesh side but a slight texture mismatch can be seen if you zoom in too much.
The Piggy Ears (or Hobbit Ears, like Max calls them) are by Dustin of Max Heart Flan. I made them bigger and slightly altered them to match the head shape. The eye texture is the one I made for my character Raki. The original texture of the particle effect was ugly so I replaced it with a decent one. The sparkling shader can be deactivated completely in game, though.
The shadings around the crotch area will look weird depending on the lighting conditions. I couldn't smooth it out because I wanted to keep it compatible with RM private parts. An optional file with male genitals is infact included. To use it just navigate to your Oblivion\Data\Meshes\Creatures\Fairy folder and rename the file fairy02.nif to fairy01.nif. Keep a copy of the original fairy01.nif in case you want to revert the change.
Instead of the standard feet I'm using the Hobbit feet included as a resource in Robert's Male Body Replacer 5.2. I think bigger feet suit this creature better and the whole figure looks more proportionate considering that the head is bigger, too.
As a first attempt at messing with custom creatures I'm quite satisfied. I'm using a modified version of the English esp file. I had to switch the fairy name from Pixie to Bloom in the scripted screen messages. There seems to be no major issues apart from some random CTDs. But those might be due to my game saves being all messed up. Yet, please report any bug to me. This mod is partly a replacer which means it can't be installed along with other summon fairy mods.
